- Welcomes the guests and provides assistance with their luggage upon arrival
- Maintains a professional / friendly relationship with guests to ensure their well-being.
- Liaise with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding the requests of the guests
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
