  • Welcomes the guests and provides assistance with their luggage upon arrival
  • Maintains a professional / friendly relationship with guests to ensure their well-being.
  • Liaise with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding the requests of the guests

Qualifications
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Well-oriented in Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 1-2 year experience working as Bellman in a 4-5 star hotel.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
