Job description
1- Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
2- Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
3- Greets guests upon arrival offering assistance at all times.
4- Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services supplying information and responding to guest queries.
5- Maintains awareness of guest profile through Fidelio guest profile system.
6- Ensures that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out.
7- Deals promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with incoming calls.
8- Handles all messages, mail and packages for guests and staff ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
