Job Purpose:
The Bell Team Captain leads and manages a team of Bell Attendants to provide exceptional customer service to guests. This involves overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that guests receive prompt and efficient service, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
iLead and manage a team of Bell Attendants, providing guidance and support as needed.
Oversee the daily operations of the Bell Attendant team, ensuring that guests receive prompt and efficient service.
Train and develop team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Address guest concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
Ensure that the Bell Attendant team operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment for team members and guests.
Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the FBO reputation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications
High school diploma or Official certification, UAE driving license preferred
Experience
2+ experience in aviation ground support/hospitality industry in luggage transport procedure
Skill Set
Fluent in English
Intermediate IT skills (MS Office database)
