Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Belad Bont Resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a dedication to providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our clients. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic treatments, in a professional and comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room.
Ensure clients' comfort, safety, and satisfaction during their spa experience.
Educate clients about the benefits of various spa treatments and home care products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.
Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service.
Collaborate with other spa staff to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Qualifications:
Certified Spa Therapist with relevant training and certifications in massage therapy, esthetics, or other spa-related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center.
Proficient in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, moroccan bath) and spa treatments.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of spa treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
