Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team.
The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and enhance the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to the sales team and management.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and email campaigns.
Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and prospects.
Organize and attend promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
Coordinate customer meetings and product demonstrations.
Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and support the sales process.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on detail.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
