We are hiring for a Beauty Trainer.

The Beauty Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs in nail and body treatments to our staff. This role involves developing training materials, conducting practical and theoretical sessions, and ensuring that our team is equipped with the latest techniques and knowledge in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on various nail and body treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, nail extensions, body massages, scrubs, and wraps.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, manuals, and guides to ensure they are current with industry trends and standards.
• Assessment: Evaluate trainees' skills and progress through practical assessments and feedback sessions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all treatments performed by trainees meet the company's quality standards.
• Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, addressing any concerns or areas for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail and body treatment industry.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on trainee progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong focus on nail and body treatments.
• Education: Certification in beauty therapy, nail technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in specific nail and body treatments are a plus.
• Skills: Excellent practical skills in a wide range of nail and body treatments. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about beauty and wellness. Patient, approachable, and enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring others.
