Job Summary: The DHA Beauty Therapist & Laser Technician provides high-quality aesthetic and therapeutic treatments to clients. This role involves performing a range of beauty and laser procedures, - including hydrafacial,microneedling,dermapen,carbon peel ,& laser hair removal , handled pico laser for both men & women,maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy, expertise in candella laser machine preferred, and a DHA license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beauty Therapy Services:
• performing a range of beauty and laser procedures, - including hydrafacial,microneedling,dermapen,carbon peel ,& laser hair removal , handled pico laser for both men & women
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Assess client skin types and conditions to tailor treatments effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Laser Treatments:
• Conduct laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, and other laser-based treatments as per DHA guidelines.
• Operate and maintain laser equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety.
• Educate clients on laser treatment options, expected results, and post-treatment care.
• Monitor and document treatment progress and client responses.
• Client Care and Consultation:
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Address client concerns and provide recommendations for at-home care and products.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with DHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all equipment and work areas.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, client details, and medical histories.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Schedule and manage client appointments, including handling cancellations and rescheduling.
• Process payments and manage client billing in accordance with clinic policies.
• Maintain inventory of beauty and laser products, and place orders as needed.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in beauty therapy and laser treatments.
• Attend relevant training and professional development workshops as required.

Qualifications:

• DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Beauty Therapist and Laser Technician.
• Certification and/or formal training in beauty therapy and laser treatments.
• Proven experience in providing beauty and laser services in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of skin care, aesthetic treatments, and laser technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
