We are looking for passionate and experienced DHA Licensed Beauty Therapists who are seeking a long-term role in a positive and stable environment because we know Beauty Therapists are integral to creating exceptional client experiences at Flash.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to clients by performing high-quality, personalised facial treatments. Develop and recommend progressive treatment plans tailored to each client's skincare goals. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements. Meet or exceed sales goals as outlined by management. Foster a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring an excellent experience for members and guests. Build and grow clientele by encouraging referrals and repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in therapy rooms and common areas. Assist new customers with registration and form fill out on a custom kiosk machine.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the spa or beauty industry.

Valid DHA License

Comprehensive knowledge of spa services, skincare techniques, and product lines related to aesthetics and beauty therapy.

Personal Qualities:

Empathetic and compassionate, with a client-focused approach to care. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills so every customer experience is excellent. Passion for health, wellness, and skincare, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Kind!
