- Welcome clients into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate beauty treatments and products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints.
- Ensure that xe2x80x9cArt of Perfectionxe2x80x9d Facial is offered to every client when on-counter and convert this product application to a sale.
- Support any in-store or outbound retail events, i.e. xe2x80x9cArt Of Perfection/ Art Of Beautyxe2x80x9d events
- Will be responsible to deliver Home beauty services to our clients. To provide a range of beauty treatments to the clients in the comfort of their own homes.
- Participate in all training modules and coaching sessions offered.
- Ensure product / hygiene guidelines and merchandise of products, as per the defined standards
- Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves
- Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays
- Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the store manager / counter supervisor in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels
- Ensure all store and office administration, as per managerxe2x80x99s request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
