We are fast growing Chain of women's beauty salons "IT's BEAUTY Women Salon" with 4 Branches in Dubai and now opening new branch in Abu Dhabi! Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Beauty Salon Manager at It's Beauty. The Beauty Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists and Nail Masters and Make Up Artists, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is located in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Proven experience in salon management or a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments and trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in salon software and scheduling systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• English and Russian languages are essential for this Role
