Supports Regional Brand Teams on permanent and temporary merchandising needs, striving for excellence in execution within deadlines and assigned budgets. Acts as brand guardian to ensure all projects are delivered as per global brand guidelines and standards.
PERMANENT MERCHANDISING :
Lead new counter production/renovations to ensure on-time delivery and best-in-class quality, including merchandising for Sephora & FSS & DS
Lead fixture production (Sephora Gondola/ Backwalls)
Lead New FSS store opening in collaboration with EMEA, global and local partner
Supervise external construction suppliers and coordinate with store personnel the installation of fixtures.
Coordinate with external suppliers for maintenance of the counters.
Coordinate with suppliers on new Sephora door openings (fixtures delivery/installation and tester allocation)
Liaise with suppliers on Sephora fixture relocations
TEMPORARY MERCHANDISING:
Responsible for local production of new launch visuals according to brand guidelines, including localizing VM guidelines by market for Sephora
Responsible for FSS takeover & lightbox changes for FSS
Forecasts new POSM material in line with regional requirements, budgets and new openings and ensures timely availability of needed POSM material in each door.
Execute trade activities implementation for Sephora Major Regional animations
Conduct regular market visits to check adherence to brand guidelines, and ensure excellence in execution of all visual merchandising across the region.
Creates a store database with clear record of all doors, type of fixtures, visual specifications etc.
Reports new VM installations/updates on a monthly basis
COST OPIMIZATION AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and ensure projects are within budget
Manage & track VM Budget including CAPEX
PROFILE:
Min 3 years of prior VM experience in the Middle East region in relevant industries, preferably Beauty
Excellent organization and project management skills
Solid negotiation and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant design software (Photoshop, AutoCAD) is a plus but not mandatory
Proficient communication in English
