Sales Promoter - Beauty Products

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Promoter or Coordinator to join our team and promote sales of our beauty products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for beauty products. This position is open to candidates of any nationality who are English-speaking and have a pleasing appearance. Preferebaly philipino national women.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for our beauty products, promoting them to customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, provide information about our products, and answer any inquiries or concerns.

Sales Conversion: Use persuasive sales techniques to convert customer interest into sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and usage of our beauty products to effectively educate customers.

Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating attractive displays and arrangements to showcase our products effectively.

Stock Management: Monitor and replenish product inventory as needed to ensure products are readily available for customers.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and convey it to the team to improve products and service.

Reporting: Maintain sales and customer interaction records for reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.
A persuasive and friendly personality with the ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
A passion for beauty products and a good knowledge of cosmetics and skincare.
A presentable appearance and good grooming.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Minimum 1 year Previous experience in sales or promoting beauty products is Mandatory

Salary:
Competitive salary with commission or incentives based on sales performance.
