With our commitment to excellence, we are searching for a dynamic BEACH CLUB HOSTESS to join our team and create exceptional memories for our esteemed guests.

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAPE TOWN IN SEPTEMBER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter our stunning beach club area.
• Provide personalized service by assisting guests with seating arrangements, towels, and any other needs they may have.
• Present menus, explain specials, and take orders for food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing beach club area at all times.
• Offer insights and recommendations about the beach club\xe2\x80\x99s amenities, activities, and entertainment options.
• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a beach club, resort, or hospitality setting.
• Charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Salary Package and Benefits:

• Basic Salary AED 3000
• Service Charge approx. AED 200
• Accommodation allowance AED 1500
• Transport allowance AED 400
