Job Title: BE Civil Engineer with Building Renovation Projects Experience

: We are looking for a BE Civil Engineer with a proven track record in building renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in the UAE, demonstrating expertise in managing and executing renovation projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage building renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building renovation projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
