Job Location - Dubai

Salary - AED 15,000 - 20,000 + Commission

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of UAE experience in business development within the civil infrastructure sector, focusing on road, bridge, tunnel construction, sewage, plumbing, and power distribution.
• Must have a strong understanding of the civil engineering and construction industry.
• Must have experience driving revenue growth, and developing and implementing effective business strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
• Must have good working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the civil infrastructure sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's presence in the civil infrastructure sector, focusing on road, bridge, tunnel construction, sewage, plumbing, and power distribution projects.
• Source new clients through networking and other business development strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to create compelling and competitive project proposals.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable contract terms and conditions.
• Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
