BD Team Leader (Dubai) - ING202
Purpose of Role/Summary:




The Business Development Team Leader is responsible for managing and leading a sales team to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and enhance client relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while providing strong leadership and fostering team development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial markets and a results-oriented approach to business development.




Main Activities and Responsibilities:





• Hire and onboard a high-performing business development team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets and other business development goals.
• Promote the company's financial products and services to expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Identify potential partnerships, local agents and IB's to expand the company's market reach and drive sales growth.
• Set, monitor, achieve ambitious sales targets, and ensure that business targets meet organizational expectations.
• Supervise, train, and develop the business development team to maximize their sales potential and overall performance.
• Implement effective sales techniques and tools, ensuring the business development team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
• Clearly communicate the company's value proposition, technology, and procedures to external stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, effective retention.
• Stay updated on daily financial market developments and identify new opportunities and suggest growth strategies to management.
• Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role.



Required Skills & Experience:





• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, with an experience in CFD's brokerage
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred.
• Excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base.
• Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.



Further Info:





• Working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
• The role is in Dubai - UAE
• A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful applicant which includes Commission
