Archibat HR is looking for a BD Manager for an Interior Design & Build Company to be based in Dubai.The BD Manager is requited to have existing experience in the field of Interiors and Fit-out industry, source and generate new clients for commercial project such as offices, retails, banks, restaurants.Key Responsibilities:xe2x81x83 Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.xe2x81x83 Follow up new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings and having successfulxe2x81x83 presentations.xe2x81x83 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.xe2x81x83 Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, leasing agents.xe2x81x83 Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.xe2x81x83 Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.xe2x81x83 Communicate clearly and work with team to develop proposals and requirements for the client.xe2x81x83 Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long term business relationships.xe2x81x83 Coordinate and follow with teammates to meet the agreed time-frames.xe2x81x83 Liaising with PMs to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.xe2x81x83 Follow up receivables of own project sales.Position is to be based in Dubai.Required profile
