Batching Plant Operator Precast/readymix
Job Description
Batching Operations:
• Operate batching area, mixers, and pouring equipment efficiently.
• Monitor and control batching parameters, including temperature, density, and water ratio, to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all production data and parameters.
• Good understanding of batching processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with raw materials such as silica, sand, lime powder, gypsum, and aluminium powder.
• Manage and operate the procurement area, ensuring the availability and proper storage of raw materials.
• Ensure that all batches meet the required quality specifications.
• Perform regular checks and adjustments to maintain the desired quality standards.
• Report any deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Batching Plant Operator: 2 years (Preferred)
