Batch Plant Manager

Job Description

• To design the Concrete Mixes as per the Contract Specification requirements
• Batching : Accurately measure and combine ingredients of concrete, including cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures, according to specified mix designs.
• Mixing : Oversee the mixing process to ensure thorough blending of ingredients and achieve desired consistency and strength of concrete.
• Quality Control: Perform various tests on concrete samples, such as slump tests, compressive strength tests, air content tests, and temperature monitoring, to verify properties and compliance with standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of concrete batches, test results, and any adjustments made during batching process for traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during batching, mixing, or testing processes to maintain quality and integrity of concrete.
• Communication : Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of quality concrete products for construction projects.
• Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and calibration of batching equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of operations.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
