I need a basic website completed for a commodities company. I will have a basic front page with company information, other pages will include procedures for working with the company before client enters the signup procedure. Normally forms would be sent to clients to complete, along with a list of documents required eg passport, company licenses etc. I want to move all this to a client area where they can complete all their personal and business information on a dynamic form, as well as allow them to upload their documents. I need to be able to check the submitted information, and request changes and/or documents as appropriate. I want to be able to keep historical versions of client documents to detect and prevent fraud. All information fields already calculated. Sections of customer area: Individual details + documents Company details + documents Bank details + documents Broker/intermediary + docs (as required) An area to show schedule of delivery and amounts (kg) I want this information to be used to generate a sales purchase agreement and contracts of engagement (templates already present). They will be electronically accepted as well as signed by hand and scanned /photographed back into the client area for record keeping Once transactions begin, I want to keep documents related to each weekly / monthly schedule eg invoice, certificates, permit, packing list (shipment to be stored in a listed format under 'orders section' All information and content already created / ready to be provided. Initially I want basic functionality. Future development not part of this to include invoice generation, link with shipping agents, link with banking partners etc. Edit 1. Future consideration to have a mobile app version of the site to ease user experience.
