Job Role Summary:
To work together with the Assistant Manager and Senior Supervisor (Beverage In-Charge) for the beverage menu rotation especially coffee, tea, mocktails, daily operation of the outlet and beverage for the restaurant, ensuring high standards of beverage service at all times, doing the daily inventory and beverage ordering, and make sure the stations and store up to HACCP Standard.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement Meet & Greet practice at all times
• Deal and handle guests complaint in a professional, helpful and friendly manner at all times and immediately advise Restaurant Management about it
• Comply with the SOS, SOPs
• Provide detailed information of the menu for both food and beverage (portion, ingredients, potential food allergens)
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional products, when necessary
• Initiate and train staff on up-selling of F&B items
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
