Job Description
Overview: The Bartender will provide an exceptional service by preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining the bars ambiance.Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks according to bar standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Assist guests with drink recommendations, including cocktails and fine spirits.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the preparation of drinks.
- High school diploma; further education in hospitality or bartending is a plus.
- At least 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation.
