Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Hadoota Masreya Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing a variety of specialty drinks, including coffee, tea, detox juices, smoothies and fresh juices.
This role requires a strong focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages with accuracy and consistency. Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in beverage preparation.

Team Collaboration & Operations

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations. Assist in beverage preparation, customer service, and stock management. Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in ordering wellness-related products. Promote seasonal and specialty drinks to enhance customer experience and boost sales.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; barista or hospitality certification preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in presentation, portion control, and hygiene compliance.
