Position Overview:
As a Bartender at our prestigious four-star hotel, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests by crafting signature beverages, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will play a key role in representing the hotel's luxurious brand, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the bar, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation and Service:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Create innovative cocktails and recommend drinks to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, including pairing options.
• Guest Interaction:
• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with poise, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
• Bar Maintenance and Cleanliness:
• Ensure the bar area, equipment, and tools are cleaned, sanitized, and organized.
• Restock bar inventory, including beverages, garnishes, and supplies, as needed.
• Conduct daily checks to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Cash Handling and Reporting:
• Process guest payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and account for daily sales reports.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to local alcohol serving laws and hotel policies regarding service.
• Promote responsible alcohol consumption and identify guests who may need assistance.
• Follow fire, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to provide seamless service.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on offerings and standards.
• Assist with bar promotions, events, and special functions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and premium product offerings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification in food safety and alcohol service is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move moderate weights.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
