What We're Looking For
• A proven track record in a Luxury Hotel or Resort environment in a Bartending role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with five star Service Quality.
• A Bartending Certification or related professional training is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and mastery of a diverse and exhaustive range of Beverages, Cocktail Recipes, and Mixology Techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• Robust Organisational Skills and Exceptional Multi-Tasking skills to efficiently and accurately Manage Multiple Orders and Prioritise Tasks effectively.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, and Responsible Alcohol Service practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
• Curates and presents an exquisite selection of hand-crafted Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, adhering to standards of Preparation, Presentation and Taste.
• Engages with Guests in a professional, friendly manner, taking Orders, making Tailored Recommendations, and providing Detailed Information about outlets beverage offerings.
• Processes payments with precision and efficiency, Handles Cash and expertly Operates the Point-Of-Sale System, in line with outlets First-in-Class service standards.
• Maintains an extensive knowledge of our Premium Beverage Menus, including Ingredients, Flavours, and Preparation Methods, staying updated on industry-leading Trends and boundary-breaking Developments.
• Ensures the bar area exudes Luxury, consistently maintaining a lavishly Decorated and Organised Space, always stocked with appropriate Supplies, Garnishes, and Glassware.
• Employs strategic and effective Inventory Management Techniques, including meticulous tracking of Usage, proactive Reordering of Supplies, and conducting regular Stock Checks, ensuring uninterrupted service excellence.
• Adheres rigorously to all Health and Safety Regulations, upholding the commitment to maintaining a Clean, Sanitary Environment, and Responsibly Handling Beverages.
