The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests. Take drink orders, make recommendations, and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and hotel guidelines. Ensure that drinks are served in the correct glassware and garnished appropriately.
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to hotels cocktail menu and customer preferences. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of drink trends and new cocktails.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. Regularly check inventory and place orders as needed.
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. Process guest bills, issue receipts, and ensure proper tipping.
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs and ensuring that service standards align with legal and hotel requirements.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other hotel personnel to ensure seamless guest service.
Promote hotels signature cocktails, special promotions, and new menu items to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or bar setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
Certification in bartending (preferred but not required).
