Master a diverse repertoire of cocktail recipes and techniques, including mixing, shaking, stirring, and garnishing, to satisfy guests preferences and exceed their expectations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces, in accordance with health and safety regulations. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to legal drinking age restrictions and company policies to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests. Upsell and promote special offerings, events, and promotions to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
