JOB SUMMARYMain Duties/Responsibilities:xc2xb7Ensure guests live the xe2x80x9cUltimate Experiencexe2x80x9dxc2xb7Be punctual, greet colleagues and reports to supervisor upon arrival for duties.xc2xb7Arrive at work well groomed, prepared and display enthusiasm.xc2xb7Maintain and control departmental standards.xc2xb7Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.xc2xb7Handle all monies and keep bank floats from the hotel.xc2xb7Requisition, pick up, verify, and store all requisitions for juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.xc2xb7Be creative and innovative during low seasons and high seasons to utilize revenue by implementing beverages, cocktails and Mocktails.xc2xb7Utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.xc2xb7Ensure proper mixing, blending, etc. of drinks.xc2xb7Service all drinks for service bar area, guests and the bar area.xc2xb7Keep the bar area neat and tidy at all times clearing dishes and glassware whenever possible.CANDIDATE PROFILE:xc2xb7Minimum of one year experience in 5* hotel experience as a bartender.xc2xb7Knowledge in Micros and cashiering procedure.xc2xb7Well versed English communication and writing skills.xc2xb7Complaint handling skillsxc2xb7Up selling skills.xc2xb7Use of techniques and styles of preparing beverages.xc2xb7Creativity and bartending techniques.xc2xb7Experience in different bars.xc2xb7Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
