• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset.
• Welcomes guests, handles the sale and provision of all bar services available.
• Manages the point of sale
• Responsible for setting up the bar
• Knows all the bar and menu products
• Manages the stocks and setup for the bar in line with brand standards
• Serves guests at the bar, organizing his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers
• Ensures equipment remains in good condition
• Applies the procedures for opening and closing a point of sale



Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Preferably WSET Level 2 certified. Wine Course Certificate
• Preferably with Flair bartending Skills
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
