Responsibilities:

- Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests\xe2\x80\x99 requests
- Collects beverages from the storeroom
- Cleans bar areas, prepare correct garnishes and mise-en-place
- Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards
- Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures
- Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary
- Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages
- Promote up-selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests\xe2\x80\x99 contacts
- Must hold a hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree.
- Previous experience in the bar or standalone restaurant.
- Knowledge of beverages and cocktail recipes.
- Good English oral and written skills.
