Customer Service: - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. - Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions. - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary. 2. Cash Handling: - Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. - Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports. - Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers. 3. Order Management: - Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. - Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly. 4. Cleanliness and Organization: - Keep the checkout area, dining area, and surrounding spaces clean and organized. - Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed. 5. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers. - Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
