Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Waitress/All Rounder to join our team at Missan Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create delicious coffee beverages. Responsibilities:

Prepare Coffee Beverages: Craft a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more, according to established recipes and standards, waitress, mini mart experience.

Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Assist customers in selecting beverages and pastries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient, friendly, and personalized service.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized. Follow sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow the Safety Hygiene with regards to the Dubai Municipality.

Inventory Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed. Notify management of low inventory levels.

Cash Handling: Handle cash and payment transactions accurately. Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on coffee trends and product offerings. Educate customers about our coffee beans, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.

Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training new baristas when required.

Pay: AED1,659.86 - AED2,200.00 per month
