Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista / Waitress to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end cafe or restaurant. The candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about coffee, knowledgeable about different brewing methods, and has a good understanding of latte art. The candidate should also have strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team. This is a full-time position, and the candidate should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the system
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipes and customer preferences
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, following safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee bar and dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Upsell additional products and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
