JOB TITLE
Barista Supervisor | MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAEROLE SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Section Manager in the day-to-day activities of the store. The role holder is also responsible for being the communication link between the management and the stores staff.ROLE PROFILE

Implement the correct application of merchandise plan/layouts.
Communicate information that can affect the activities or image of the company.
Implement the commercial policy agreed for the store pricing.
Oversee the products assortment in the section.
Support necessary measures towards continuous growth of the company.
Ensure stock replenishment is carried out.
Maintain the goods in the designated areas and keep them in good condition.
Control the waste items report.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Management.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar function, with 1.5+ years in the retail business.
Knowledge of principles and methods for managing individuals and groups.
Practical problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal skills
