:
As a Barista , you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso drinks, engaging with customers, and contributing to a positive and friendly atmosphere in the cafe. You'll work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of Speciality coffee beverages .
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly experience
• Keep the coffee bar well-stocked and ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly
• Process customer transactions accurately using our POS system
• Help maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for coffee
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Experience:

• Speciality coffee: 3 years (Preferred)
