Job Description
:Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Barista at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other hot or cold beverages
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and drink standards
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee types and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
