Job Summary: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness and functionality. Handle cash transactions and process payments. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Keep the workspace clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and utensils. Educate customers about different coffee blends and brewing methods. Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
