We're looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join the team! Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency. - Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs. - Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment. - Assist in managing inventory, including monitoring coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. - Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. - Support the team with daily tasks, including restocking and organizing supplies. Educate customers about menu items, coffee origins, and brewing techniques. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. - Maintain knowledge of menu updates, seasonal offerings, and promotions. - Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets. What We're Looking For: Previous barista experience is a plus. Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Please send your resume/CV
