Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista and Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, managing cashier transactions, assisting with inventory tasks, and participating in products preparations to ensure a delightful experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain a thorough understanding of different coffee brewing methods and techniques. Consistently adhere to recipe standards and follow proper preparation procedures. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system. Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences. Ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
