Job Description

Renowned restaurants in Fujairah are looking for talented individuals

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to describe them to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems.
• Ensure customer orders are completed promptly and correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Stock and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and setup.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preference for Philippines nationalities
