Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to describe them to customers.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems.
Ensure customer orders are completed promptly and correctly.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food preparation and handling.
Stock and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and setup.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preference for Philippines nationalities
