Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Barista at

Creamio Cafe

in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for food and beverage preparation, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

LATTE ART SKILLS IS REQUIRED.

Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, espresso, and create various espresso-based drinks.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, take orders, make recommendations, and resolve complaints.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain clean coffee bar and equipment, wash utensils, and store ingredients properly.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and basic cash handling.
Knowledge: Understanding of coffee drinks, food safety, and beverage preparation techniques.
Personal Attributes:Friendly, professional, team-oriented, and good communication skills.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
