Barista | MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAEROLE SUMMARY
The Barista responsibilities include educating customers on the drinksxe2x80x99 menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, taking orders, processing payments and delivering orders to the clients. The role holder will also be responsible for working various shifts and perform cashiering tasks.ROLE PROFILE

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, conducting regular audits and quality checks as per operational requirements.
• Work within operational procedures to ensure food and beverage preparation processes comply with company and municipality guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
• Receive payments from customers, issue receipts, and reconcile transactions with sales figures.
• Prepare beverages according to set standards and recipes, with a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items, including coffee.
• Provide positive and professional service to exceed customer expectations.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly, following the sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and consistency meet brand guidelines and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years operational experience in relevant role in Food and Beverage.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Adapt in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• English Full professional proficiency - Required.
