Job Description

• Use coffee machines and other equipment properly.
• Prepare cold drinks and desserts upon request.
• customers service:
• Receiving orders from customers and presenting them in a professional manner.
• Answering customer inquiries and assisting them in selecting beverages.
• Maintain a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and update inventory of essential items such as coffee, milk, and sugar.
• Notify management when new materials need to be purchased.
• Maintenance and cleaning:
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace including coffee equipment and drinking cylinders.
• Clean surfaces and equipment after each use.
• Cash management:
• Handling payment system, collecting payments, and submitting invoices.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and calculate differences.

• Communication skills: Ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Details: Ability to follow instructions accurately and prepare beverages to a high standard of quality.
• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization: The ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee types, beverages and coffee equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
