Position Overview:

As a Barista and Juice Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages such as coffee, espresso-based drinks, and fresh juices. You will ensure that customers receive excellent service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a passion for coffee and juice preparation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages, according to established recipes and standards.

Operate coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.

Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Prepare and serve freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, using high-quality ingredients and following standard recipes.

Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the preparation and serving areas, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.

Stock and replenish supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, fruits, and other ingredients.

Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or juice maker is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.

Strong knowledge of coffee and juice preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and juicing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in beverage preparation and presentation.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, such as bags of coffee beans or crates of produce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
