Job Description
At GluCare, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. You will also ensure that the coffee shop is clean and well-stocked, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, and specialty drinks
- Follow recipes and prepare beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and cash register operations
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
