Job Summary: Looking for a Barista in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Prepare espresso, cappuccinos, lattes as well as other speciality coffee drinks based on the established procedures and recipes
Assist in preparing ground coffee for brewing, paying attention to the required coarseness for each technique
Give suggestions for clients depending on their likes and dislikes
Interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and educate them on the coffee and food offerings
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction via fast and effective service
Ensure smooth operations by keeping an eye on and replenishing coffee beans, as well as other supplies as needed
Maintain a clean working environment
Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should have relevant qualifications with at least 1 year of experience working as a barista
Knowledge of using espresso machines and other coffee tools required
Must be able to connect with customers from all walks of life and excel in customer service
Careful planning and dedication to providing dependably delicious coffee
Should be able to multitask well and operate in a time-pressured setting
Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
