WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Barista to join the amazing Jones The Grocer team here at Radisson RED



You will be joining a team which has many different skills in many different areas and a brand that offers a wide range of services and products. At Jones The Grocer, learning, growth and development is encouraged and ensures that each member of staff is happy, confident and has the knowledge to fulfil their job role successfully.

• Bar Operations: Ensure bar is stocked and run according to the operational daily procedures, specified customer service levels, employee satisfaction, and HSSE guidelines.

• Beverage preparation and Quality Control: Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with JTG operating procedures and standards.

• Store Services and Product Knowledge: Full knowledge of all store promotions, company services, bar products and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.

• Customer Satisfaction levels: Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special requirements.

• Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with store management and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.

• Daily and Weekly reports: Complete all bar related reports and checklists on time as required.

• HSSE & Quality: Completion of bar checklists and relevant equipment to fulfil HSSE requirements for daily operation.
