Job Summary: Looking for a Barista in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews as well as specialty coffees
Ensure quality and consistency of all beverages by following recipes and brewing techniques
Maintain cleanness in the working area
Handle customers in a friendly and professional manner, while taking their orders and answering any questions they may have about our coffee offerings
Offer personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and taste profiles
Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders as well as other tools
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have relevant qualifications with at least 1 year of experience working as a barista
Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods as well as latte art techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
